Returns Policy

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items for a refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return my item(s)?

Please fill out the returns form enclosed with your order and place it in the original packaging, then affix the prepaid postage label to the outside of the package.

You can take the package to your nearest post office or parcel post box, alternatively you can arrange for Royal Mail to collect the parcel (see www.royalmail.com/collection - please note that Royal Mail may charge a fee for this service).

What items are eligible for return?

All our items are eligible for return unless otherwise specified.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags and labels attached
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase

Do I have to pay for returns?

Returns cost £2.00 which will be deducted from your refund, this does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt, however, during peak periods this may be slightly longer.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect then please state this clearly on the returns form and the returns fee will not be applied.
