Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Simply Feet order.

Our returns period is 30 calendar days. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt, however, during peak periods this may increase to 10 days.

Unless being returned under the Vionic 30-day guarantee, items should be in their original packaging and unworn with all labels intact.

Returns cost £2.00* which will be deducted from your refund. If you have placed a footwear order to a mainland UK delivery address you will receive a returns label with your order.

Please follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed with your order.

For returns on footcare, deliveries outside mainland UK, or if you are returning item(s) with a total weight exceeding 5kg, please call our Customer Care team on 0345 370 3080 or [email protected].

Always ensure you include the Returns Form from the bottom of your Invoice/Receipt when returning goods, we are unable to process any returns without this.

You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. An item may only be returned if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Certain items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. These include products that you have unsealed or opened.

Returned goods remain your risk and responsibility until they are received by Simply Feet. We strongly recommend that you use the enclosed returns label and obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE, or use a service that is traceable and/or requires a signature on delivery.

* this is inclusive or VAT and is correct at time of publication.  This charge is to contribute towards the postage and handling cost of processing the return.  This amount will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchanges and Refunds

Our Customer Service Department will decide, after discussion with you, whether Simply Feet will replace any defective or undelivered goods or issue a refund for the purchase price.

No refunds will be made unless the goods are returnable and we have received them back in the exact condition in which they were delivered within 30 calendar days of your delivery.

Once goods have been received by Simply Feet at the returns address a refund will be processed to your credit card. Please allow up to 10 days for this process to be completed.

Please note that credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order and that it can take as long as 10 working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained in this Section.
