Ideal ankle protection in boots and braces. Material made with high wicking, nano bamboo fibres. Helps to relieve pressure build up during high impact sports. Offers gentle compression. Washable and reusable.
Directions: Slide onto foot like a sock. Gel pad should come into contact with skin. Position gel pads over ankle bones. Remove from skin for at least 3-4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe.
Care: Hand wash and air dry completely. If gel becomes tacky, sprinkle with talcum powder.
Materials: Fabric: 56% Polyester (Nano Bamboo Charcoal), 17% Spandex, 27% Polyester. Gel Pad: 100% Mineral Oil Gel.
