Sporting an easy-to-use hook and loop closure that offers adjustment, this lightweight shoe features full top-grain leather uppers, a padded heel counter and tongue to reduce skin irritation, and a protective toe-box to reduce foot injury or toe stubbing.

It has removable gel insole which provides arch support, enhanced cushioning and shock absorption.

Dr Comfort shoes are designed to sustain the highest levels of foot health, especially for people living with diabetes and other foot conditions including Arthritis, Morton’s Neuroma, Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, swelling, bunions and hammertoes.

Dr Comfort William shoes are supplied with removable gel cushioning insoles, blue filler insoles and a Dr Comfort shoe horn.  The blue filler insoles can be placed underneath the gel insoles to reduce the fit by half a size, ideal if you have feet that are slightly different sizes.
