ZeroSole Reliever Customisable Offloading Insoles
Take pressure off painful areas with ZeroSole Reliever Insoles. Developed by UK podiatrists, these innovative offloading insoles can be customised at home to relieve pressure beneath corns, calluses and other pressure-sensitive areas on the sole of the foot.
Each insole features a grid of removable hexagonal cells. Using the supplied marker pads, you can identify the exact area causing discomfort and remove the corresponding cells by hand. This creates a targeted pressure-relief zone, helping to redistribute weight away from the painful area while you walk.
Made from durable medical-grade silicone with a cushioned memory foam layer, ZeroSole provides comfortable support inside most conventional enclosed footwear. The insoles can be trimmed to your shoe size and may last approximately 6–8 months with regular use, depending on your activity level. This can make them a more convenient and cost-effective long-term option than plasters or padding that require frequent replacement.

How to customise and fit your ZeroSole insoles
1.Prepare your footwear
Remove the existing insoles from your shoes if possible. Use the sizing guide printed on each ZeroSole insole to trim it to the correct size. Trim a little at a time to avoid cutting it too small.
2.Identify the painful area
Make sure your foot is clean and dry, with no recently applied moisturiser. Place one of the supplied adhesive marker pads directly over the corn, callus or pressure-sensitive area.
3.Transfer the position
Place the insole on the floor with the black cushioned surface facing up. Stand firmly on it in your normal standing position so the marker transfers onto the insole.
4.Remove the marked cells
Turn the insole over and carefully pull out the hexagonal cells in the area of the marker using your fingers. The cells cannot be replaced once removed, so start by removing fewer cells if you are unsure. You can remove more later if required.
5.Insert the insole
Place the customised insole into your shoe with the black cushioned surface facing upwards and the hexagonal grid facing downwards.
6.Check the fit
Make sure your footwear does not feel tight and that the insole lies flat. Wear the insoles regularly and check them periodically for signs of wear.
