What is are Dry Feet?
Dry Feet are patches of very dry or flaky skin that can feel rough to the touch. Another form of dry skin are Calluses which require more moisturising to keep them supple.

Causes of Dry Feet
Dry Feet are a common condition as our feet lack oil glands to keep the skin supple and hydrated, causing the feet to be a drier part of our bodies overall.

Treatments for Dry Feet
To treat dry feet, ensure you have a good foot care routine. Wash your feet daily with soapy water and dry your feet thoroughly afterwards. Use a good foot cream, balm or ointment in order to moisturise the area and keep it hydrated and supple, lock in this moisture overnight by wearing bed socks.
