Dual layer shock absorbing insoles with a Bambootecc, anti-odour top cover. Healixcare Lightecc insoles provide extra comfort during sports and everyday activities. The LighTecc insoles provide maximum shock absorption and are ideal if you are on your feet for long periods. Lightecc insoles are a dual layer construction with a ventilated shock absorbing base combined with a cool, low friction top cover material. The Bambootecc top covering is anti-microbial which helps to keep your feet dry and prevent odour. Healixcare insoles are designed to fit easily into most footwear and can be trimmed for a personalised fit if needed.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 3 working days of receipt. (Over 95% of our deliveries will meet this standard but please note orders for some Dr Comfort styles may take up to 4 weeks for delivery).
Delivery charges:
This charge applies to UK mainland orders only:
- All orders £90 and over - Free Delivery
- All orders under £90 - £4.75
For Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man the following charges apply:
- All orders will be charged £12
