This is a blacks file with an oblonged shaped head, it is useful to clear Onychophosis (OP) from the nail sulci.
However it is also useful due to the straight nature of the head to file involuted nails in the sulci or rough edges of the nails easier in the sucli if the nail has required to be rounded into the sulci e.g., when there is a hard corn under the nail or in the sulci.
