Trainers

For anyone starting a new exercise regime, it is vital to have the correct footwear. There is a large range of fitness footwear for men, including mens orthopaedic trainers which can help your feet as well as help you get fit.

When choosing a pair of trainers, one of the most important things is to make sure that the shoe you choose has both an outsole and midsole that will help you to maintain healthy feet. A shoe such as the Vionic endurance shoe has a flexible midsole whose purpose is to help reduce stress on joints such as knees and ankles, as well as on feet, while the hardwearing outsole ensures stability and traction. Ecco Light IV shoes have a soft rubber outsole with a midsole made of PU foam providing cushion-like comfort.

Mens orthopaedic trainers use a variety of different technologies to ensure that you have maximum comfort and support. Ecco Light IV shoes use RECEPTOR technology for support and improved stability, while the Vionic Endurance shoes contain a footbed that uses Foot Motion Technology to help reduce pain while supporting the feet. Dr Comfort Endurance shoes contain an arch stabiliser for added support.

As well as the capacity of a shoe to provide support for your feet how it looks is also important. Mens orthopaedic trainers are available in a range of styles and colours. Most brands such as Geoxx and Ecco use a breathable mesh fabric for additional comfort while Dr Comfort uses leather with a velcro fastening.
