Full top grain leather trainer with arch stabiliser for enhanced support. Available with a traditional lace closure for a great fit.The removable gel insole offers cushioning and support. It benefits from softer gel under the ball of foot and heel area for enhanced cushioning. The soft microfibre top cover is comfortable all day long.

Dr Comfort Spirit Plus trainers are supplied with removable gel cushioning insoles, blue filler insoles and a Dr Comfort shoe horn. The blue filler insoles can be placed underneath the gel insoles to reduce the fit by half a size, ideal if you have feet that are slightly different sizes.

This charge applies to UK mainland orders only:
- All orders £100 and over - Free Delivery
- All orders between £40 and £100 - £4.99
- All orders under £40 - £3.99
For Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man the following charges apply:
- All orders will be charged £12
