What is your returns policy?

Our returns period has been extended to 60 days, if social distancing remains in place for a longer period of time which means it is not possible to return your items to us then this will be further reviewed.

Item(s) may be returned by post.  Always include the returns slip from the bottom of your Invoice/Receipt when returning goods, we are unable to process any returns without this. This also applies to footwear orders over £40 where we will supply you with a FREE prepaid postage label. If you would like to use our returns label for orders under the £40 limit, you can and we will simply deduct £3 from your refund.

As we are currently operating with a significantly reduced work force, returns may take up to 21 days to process. We apologise for this delay and appreciate your patience.

Are your deliveries contactless?

Yes, they are. We use Royal Mail and DPD to dispatch goods, both who are operating contactless deliveries to protect both staff and customers alike.

Are delivery times effected?

We're currently working on a reduced workforce to protect our team, so orders can sometimes be delayed in leaving us. Our courier companies are also experiencing delays, which is unfortunately out of our control. We aim to have your order with you within 10 working days at the very latest, but most deliveries are being made before that.

Can I contact your customer services?

Please use our contact us from here. Given the reduced number of staff working, it is taking slightly longer than usual to respond, so please bear with us and we will respond as soon as we can.

We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout these challenging circumstances.
