Tuesday 24/04/12 - Simply Feet enters Oxfam’s Trailwalker challenge 2012 – please support us
We at Simply Feet have entered a team into Oxfam’s Trailwalker challenge this year in July to help raise money for both Oxfam and the Gurkha Welfare Trust.
Four lucky volunteers from Simply Feet will be undertaking the challenge which was originally started by the Queens Gurkha Signals Regiment over 30 years ago as a training exercise to test soldiers’ stamina and teamwork skills. The Challenge is to complete the 100km Trailwalker trail, across the South Downs, in less than 30 hours in teams of four. Is it tough? Of course. Is it worth it? Absolutely.

End of year stock take on Friday 1st July – service as usual
On Friday 1st July we will be holding our annual stock take but this year we will be remaining open and still be able to take orders from all our customers. The only effect this will have is that some orders may not be processed on that same day.
We apologise for any inconvenience and this should not affect the level of customer service we aim to deliver to all our customers.
If you do need to receive your order before this, please place your order leaving plenty of time to ensure we can process it.

Monday 23/05/11 - Sage Pay payment issue resolved
On Monday 23rd May due to a technical fault by our payment card processor Sage Pay, you may notice on your bank or card statement that two payments have been taken instead of one. Although beyond our control, please be assured that they have resolved the issue and you will automatically receive a refund which may take up to 3 working days to process.
We and Sage Pay apologise for the inconvenience and Sage Pay have put systems in place to make sure this does not happen again.

Friday 03/12/10 - Simply Feet at the Clothes Show
We are pleased to announce that Insolia will be appearing at the Clothes Show Live!
We will be packing up our high heel gels and heading up to the show to help all you high heel wearers.
