I tried these out of desperation really! After two major foot operations I have to face the fact that my feet are not going to get better. The last set of hospital insoles left my big toe almost raw then calloused underneath. I used a combination of gelX gel toe caps and Toe Props to lift my big toe. And at last I'm finding some relief! I ordered one of these toe props for my mother who has a mallet toe which causes the formation of painful corns at the tip. After wearing it for a week she is now out of pain and no more hard skin has formed. So delighted I am ordering three more for her as spares.
