I bought this cream for my partner to use after a hard day on the golf course in very dry conditions, it was excellent and really soothed and helped his feet. Then he got plantar fasciitus (policeman's foot) because of some work he did that involved squatting down many times every day, it helped him to get over that and I have now recommended it to my sister for the samr complaint, she is raving about it. She has now passed on the recommendation to other people she knows. Excellent product.

I competed in last years London Marathon and did a lot of research on what to put on my feet before the event!! I brought Gehwol Extra and rubbed it into my feet every day for a few weeks before the event. During my training and even after the 26 miles I did not have one blister. My feet were in great condition I didn't have a sore spot anywhere on my feet!. I certainly recommend this product especially for anyone walking, jogging or running. I am running the London Marathon again this year and every day I have been rubbing this cream into my feet. Again no blisters whilst training. I am so pleased that I found this product, now I am never without a tube!!
