I have been using this cream for the last nine years as a male Type 1 diabetic. It is simply superb. I tried all the others before using this and none come anywhere near it in terms of ease of application and instant, potent effectiveness. My feet were in a terrible way before I started using it - split open on the ball of BOTH feet. I was about to go to A and E. Then I used this. My feet were transformed in just several days of application. They've been safe and sound ever since. Thank you, Akildia!
