A common foot condition that causes pain in the arch of the foot (under the foot)
Refers to the way your foot rolls inwards as it strikes the ground if your foot alignment is not optimal.
Also known as flat feet where the Arch of the foot is collapsing and is too close to the ground.
The opposite of Pronation where your foot rolls out and your foot alignment is not optimal.
